Q1: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is a 40HQ container. It is acceptable to mix loading with 2-3 models in one container. The MOQ for each individual model is 10-20 sets. Smaller quantities may be accepted but will increase production costs.
Q2: How long is the delivery time for orders?
Delivery time depends on your specific order quantity. Typically, the standard production and delivery lead time is approximately 35 working days.
Q3: What is the warranty policy for your furniture?
Rattan items are guaranteed for at least 3 years, while some Textilene items come with a 2-year warranty. Warranty coverage varies based on the usage environment. It does not cover damage caused by improper application or abusive usage.
Q4: Can the cushions be left outside during rain?
In light rain, they can remain outside. However, for heavy rain, we recommend storing them. QDF (Quick Dry Foam) cushions can dry in about half an hour, but high-density foam cushions should be cleaned and air-dried before storage.
Q5: Is the furniture suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
Yes, the design is versatile and ideal for various settings including indoor lobbies, cafes, outdoor patios, gardens, and backyards due to its durable aluminum frame and UV-resistant rattan.
