What is the wholesale pricing policy?
The price depends on your specific demand (shape, size, quantity). Exact quotations are offered after receiving full descriptions of the items you require. Initial quotes are based on wholesale rates.
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality is our priority. We always provide a pre-production sample before mass production, and every process is checked by our QC manager individually before delivery. Customers are welcome to inspect products before shipping.
What are the packing details for shipping?
Each part is packed in high-quality carton boxes. We use professional, environmentally friendly, and efficient packaging to ensure the safety of your goods, and we include extra spare parts in the order.
What is your MOQ and sample policy?
Sample orders are acceptable. The MOQ is 2 sets based on EXW terms, or a 20'GP container based on FOB terms. Mixing different items to fulfill a container is permitted.
Can you customize furniture based on my design?
Yes, we can manufacture special designs received from clients or customize our own designs. We can adjust size, upholstery material, and frames via our R&D department.
How easy is it to assemble the furniture?
Inside each package, we include a precise instruction book. You can assemble the furniture very easily by following the provided steps.
